    We accept payments securely through PayPal and Stripe. Both options support most major credit cards, and you don’t need a PayPal account to check out using your card.

    Currency

    All prices on our website are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY). For international orders, your total will be charged based on your bank or card issuer’s exchange rate at the time of purchase.

  • All IANMAEI pieces are crafted and packed with care from our studio in Kyoto, Japan.

    Due to the nature of our small-batch making ritual, we kindly ask for 90–120 days to prepare your piece for dispatch. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

    Domestic Shipping (Within Japan)

    Orders are shipped via Yamato Transport or Japan Post at a flat rate of 800 yen.
    Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

    International Shipping

    We offer international shipping via Japan Post EMS at a flat rate of 4,000 yen.
    Delivery times depend on your destination. Please note that customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply — these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.

    For added peace of mind, orders over 30,000 yen are insured by Japan Post during transit.

    We’re excited to offer international shipping to many countries around the world! However, due to logistics and customs regulations, there are some regions we’re currently unable to ship to.     Our goods are made by human hands, from materials that once lived and breathed on this good Earth — each bearing the subtle marks of process and time. These variations are not flaws, but signatures of nature and the maker — meant to deepen in character with use.

    If a fault appears in the making—not from daily use — we’ll repair it, free of charge, within 6 months of purchase. If repair isn’t possible, we may offer a replacement.
    All decisions are considered with care and honesty.


    Wear from use, weather, or time is a natural part of a piece’s life and not considered a defect.
